FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional magician, I am very thankful that my passion is also my profession in that I am constantly upgrading my skill level and showmanship through networking, practice of new routines and effects, rehearsing new shows for the coming years. I am considered by many colleagues as a master because of all the show time I have put in but I am always on a learning curve to better myself. As Santa, I put that very same commitment into quality and professionalism. I am naturally padded, I have my own authentic real beard treated for the special holiday season, two custom suits and boots, complete with a genuine metal belt buckle designed with holly and reindeer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was inspired by my uncle who also was an accomplished magician. I also read a lot of books and I collected a lot of props along the way but it wasn't until 1975 when I watched Doug Henning's World of Magic on NBC Television that I really considered becoming a professional magician. After having completed college and worked in the corporate world in the computer industry for over 10 years, I decided to take the step to become a full time professional magician.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my clients is that of performing quality magical entertainment that not only meets but exceeds expectations. As Santa I do photo sessions, visits to both private homes and corporate holiday parties.
