- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some standard pricing but every project usually has a unique element that doesn't fit into a box or category. A short meeting with the customer helps us identify areas for discussion. We are usually able to offer alternatives that may be lower in price or give someone more of what they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will work with the customer to find out their needs and wants. Usually, we are able to help them with decisions with design and material.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers, from simple repairs to high end remodeling. All the work is done by us so the customer feels comfortable that they will get a high quality job. Some customers have hired us initially for handyman work and end up hiring us for all their remodeling needs.
