- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree on a contract price we immediately begin planning your event. We will meet with you in person, telephone conversations, email and or text messages to keep you in the loop of preparation. We will take ample time to discuss the music types, song selections, MC items and anything associated with our part of the event. Open communication is critical to make sure everything occurs just the way you desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for many years and our experience remains a valuable asset in guiding you to make your party, wedding, picnic, company event, or class reunion fun and exciting for everyone who attends.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years we have worked with many different venues. Weddings, Class Reunions, Company Parties, Holiday Events, Picnics, Birthday Parties for young and old. We have done many inside and outside events and with the recent increase in Farm and outside venues we have the equipment needed to provide exactly what you need for a successful day.
