I used to do my taxes using Turbo Tax and thought that having a CPA to do my taxes is not cost-effective. I thought, how much more money can they really save me. I decided to use Excellence Tax Services in 2011 to do my taxes based on a recommendation and I got more than $1,000 more on my taxes!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I provide QuickBooks, Wave, and FreshBooks consulting for small business owners. I also perform complicated tax returns, tax consulting and other accounting services such as break-even analysis, target profit, and return on investment analysis.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask if they are a CPA? Also, check if it is someone you want to work with. I am 100% certain that taxation should be consistent from one CPA to another and the true difference is in customer service.
