On of the best trainers in the Philadelphia area. He helped me loose 20lbs and get back in the weight room to tone up! When I think about why Phil is successful with his clients and his client find success with him it's because he is INVESTED. Phil is invested in his clients - understanding their needs, from the ones just starting off and the ones who are athletes and need to be pushed. He is invested in his craft - keeping up with the new techniques, exercises thus giving him the ability to tailor his sessions to his clients. Invested in nutrition - vast understanding on what will fuel your body and shares this with his clients. I have been an athlete my entire life, sometimes in better shape then others - the single thing that made the difference in my success with my coaches/trainers is their ability to connect and invest in me. When you have someone that believes in you it gives you the motivation to invest in yourself. I highly recommend Phil as a personal trainer or taking part in one of his boot camps. It's a fun, motivating, non-intimidating environment where you can take yourself to the next level!

When I met Andre he took time to listen to my goals and workout style. We started out gradual and overtime we increased the intensity of the workouts and met 2 to 3x a week. My strength improved tremendously as well as agility. I feel terrific, dropped weight and most of all saw results. He is passionate about fitness and nutrition which made it very easy. I am a student athlete at the William Penn Charter School. I am a senior and had a problem with my shoulder and lower back so I needed a one-on-one experience with a trainer. I was referred to Gian and decided to give him a try. I was so impressed by his skill and knowledge that I was driven to come every single week! Gian worked hard to make sure that I had a great program to compliment my back and shoulder injuries. He made my bench press, squat, and deadlift numbers so much better than the first week and the results of it all were amazing! My shoulder feels better and same with my lower back! I could not have asked for a better way to spend my baseball off-season! Thank you for teaching me all that you did! I hope you continue to grow and that other people get to experience all that I did!

I've worked with many trainers over the years and Mike is simply the best. I've been coming to him for several years and he has seen me though several injuries including a bad knee sprain. I have my full range of motion back and have been able to keep exercising without doing more damage. Mike is very knowledgeable and keeps me moving and motivated!

Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.

I have gone to several Sweat classes taught by Tav! He's an awesome trainer who puts together a great workout for your whole body!! A lot of times trainers or small groups can be very intimidating but he makes you feel comfortable and capable of getting done a really tough workout! I would definitely recommend Tav as a personal trainer and as an instructor for any class that he's teaching!!

I have been training with trainers for over 10 years and Andrew brings something different to the training. In addition to being very knowledgeable in conventional training, Andrew is also knowledgeable in unconventional training and brings this knowledge to help you meet your goals. He is also very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and the impact of proper diet on your results. With this broad background, Andrew will be able provide a holistic approach to meet your health and wellness needs. I, myself have increase my weekly training from 2 to 3 times per week (incorporating Muay Thai training) and nutritional discussions with Andrew. So, whatever your goals are, Andrew will be able to help you develop a program that will help you successfully meet your goals!

I have been working with Jacque for over a year. I have worked with many other trainers over many years but she is definitely the best ever. She knows her anatomy and physiology as thoroughly as anyone could. Consequently she has been able to quickly solve any problem I ever had since she has such a complete understanding of what’s going on. She has always designed sessions which strenghtened my physical weaknesses without ever causing harm. She always said that what came first for her is safety. She often refuses to allow me to add weights or push myself past levels she thought I wasn’t ready for. Invariably she is right. And sessions are always fun and well balanced. It’s been so exciting to watch my strength and levels of fitness grow beyond my expectations—particularly at my age (75) She is excellent with clients who are reasonably fit and strong—but also with the way out of shape people who need rehabilitation on a large scale. I believe that her knowledge of physiology, understanding of how to safely achieve maximal progress coupled w. Her personal skills make her an exceptionally fine trainer. I feel lucky to have found her.

Beth is a terrific trainer! I am very pleased with how she helped me prepare for my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. She gained an understanding of the climb profile and trekking demands, and then created a training plan to suit my schedule. My plan included endurance, interval, and strength training. She is an expert in all three of these areas. Additionally, Beth advised me on hydration and nutrition strategies, both in general and for the climb specifically. She was always enthusiastic, communicative, and prompt. My positive trekking experience was largely due to Beth's efforts. Her dedication to client's success is genuine. She'll always work hard to help individuals reach their goals!

Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.
