- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An old friend of mine used to say, "I'm not cheap, but I do great work and the people that want quality will get it from me.” I take the same approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive inquiries, I like to use email or text to get a general sense of what my clients are looking for. Then we should talk to drill down on the details (song choices, logistics, attire, etc.). If it's a wedding or corporate event, I generally like to visit the venue prior to the event if possible to assess the space, determine my production setup and game plan for a successful event.

15+ years of study under various vocal and guitar teachers.
