I am male and 63 years old. Marie Solimeo has been my personal trainer for more than ten years! When I started working with her, I had recently gone through a difficult treatment for a serious illness. I seemed to feel tired all the time. Since that time, Marie has helped me gradually raise my fitness level, using a combination of careful strength and aerobic training. Through her patient work, she has been immensely helpful and has really improved my quality of life.
Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!
I work out with Phil Nicolaou twice a week. I started out slow as all I did prior was use the treadmill. I have increased my endurance and strength training due to his encouragement. He works with my crazy schedule and I am so grateful. I am down 20 lbs so far and my body is really shaping up. Phil has really helped me change my life and become a healthier person.
I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!
Jen has been a lifesaver! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, my trouble areas, and taking any limitations into account. For every training session, she always has one of my favorite playlists on and is ready to go with a unique workout. She motivates me and helps me keep pushing myself when I don't think I can keep going. I also travel a lot for work, and Jen is great at giving me "vacation" workouts and checking up on my progress between sessions. I highly recommend Jen, you won't regret it!

I found Lisa through her website after quite a bit of searching. I knew what I wanted to accomplish; I just didn't know how to get it done. Nutritional advice, personal training, and motivation is what I was searching for and exactly what I found in Lisa! She is encouraging, upbeat, and always focused on my development. The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts. Simply put - a joy to work with and a complete health coach. I feel nothing less than grateful to have found her.

I have been working out with Chris since September 2013. During this period of time, I've lost 16 pnds. With Chris training and nutrition I have maintaned my weight loss. Chris is a great trainer and an amazing motivator!! He makes sure I get to the gym. He incorporates new routines so I don't get bored. He is always sending me links and reading material where I can learn more about nutrition!! I could not achieved my goal if Chris is not beside! Great sense of humor! Discreet!! Trustworthy!! After a 1.5 year hiatus from any sort of workout regimen, I heard about Adult Gym Class through a Facebook post. After scheduling an initial assessment with Tony, the head honcho, I decided to start training again. It’s been about 5 weeks and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The classes are tough, but manageable, and are never boring. No two classes have been the same. The small-group setting is ideal for me, because I do not enjoy being in an over-crowded class. It’s wonderful to have a coach there every step of the way. Tony is a great instructor and teaches you proper form & technique first & foremost. Getting back into shape will be no easy task, but I trust Tony’s knowledge and guidance and I look forward to continuing with the classes for a long time. I recommend Alex to anyone....I've been doing the MRT semi-private training classes 2-3 times a week for the past month and I love it, I can already tell a difference in my body. The class is only 30 mins which is great but you get such a good workout in that time period.
Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.
Training with Tav has been great!! He really did care about your fitness goals and does everything in his power to ensure you're getting the best work out you possibly can. He's knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. Definitely contact him if you're looking for a trainer who is worth it!

Jacquie was very responsive to my initial inquiries as I had never worked with a trainer before and was starting from zero. She was encouraging and not pushy. I appreciated the first session at no cost / she asked pertinent questions and was quick to understand my priorities. I felt she had a keen sense of 'where I was' in terms of weight training and was able to set manageable goals for me.
I have very little equipment and he uses what I have and brings material with him. He uses all my muscle groupsand takes into consideration the fact that I have not exercised in over 30 years,
Beth is a terrific trainer! I am very pleased with how she helped me prepare for my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. She gained an understanding of the climb profile and trekking demands, and then created a training plan to suit my schedule. My plan included endurance, interval, and strength training. She is an expert in all three of these areas. Additionally, Beth advised me on hydration and nutrition strategies, both in general and for the climb specifically. She was always enthusiastic, communicative, and prompt. My positive trekking experience was largely due to Beth's efforts. Her dedication to client's success is genuine. She'll always work hard to help individuals reach their goals!
Jonathan is a certified personal trainer who has been very dedicated to all his clients. He is very knowledgable about personal training techniques, and even created his own suspension equipment and exercises. Very important, he is a honest and genuinely great human being.
