Overall, the service was excellent. The team arrived late, but I was contacted by Glenn with an updated time. In addition, he graciously offered a discount for the inconvenience. The team made our house look better than I had seen in more than 20 years. We have already recommended them to family and friends. If you are interested in just carpet cleaning, I would also recommend them because they were able to remove pet stains and odors, as well as stains from the movers. I look forward to contacting them again for our annual/semi-annual cleaning in my new home.

3 bedroom house including basement. Windows, windowsill, baseboards, cabinets and all appliances. Excellent job, looks like a brand new home. Thanks again for all the hard work. Oh, and I can't forget the carpet cleaning in all the bedrooms and hallway. All for a great price.

Our experience with cleaning service was really nice with Perfect Gem Cleaning Service. Team was professional, quick and thorough in cleaning and most importantly they could accommodate full house steam carpet cleaning with just few extra bucks on top of estimate. Very professional we are moving into this the new house The stains in the carpet left behind 2 room and the stairway were huge cleaned like brand new. And the carpet color was white. The toilet bowl's was sparkling clean. I would use them again and would recommend them highly
