- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though general pricing exist, numbers are based on the job at hand, whereas numerous devices installed will cost less than a 2 device installation. Also (T&M) time and materials are factored into the equation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always read and study my code book and various electrical books I buy occasionally. I also take training courses to enhance my knowledge and understanding of new and old equipment, procedures , codes and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid I'd occasionally work with my father and uncles on weekends, earning decent money and experiencing the liberating feeling of completing a task to expectancy while being fully compensated for all my efforts and hard work.
