When he tells you that he is going to email you your report in a week he should actually deliver. It has been two and a half weeks and I just got a verbal over the phone quote of his appraisal amount after me making several calls to him to find out what is the hold up. Eventually I did receive a call from john to tell me that he came in with a number and that he was going to email me out the report this evening well here we are several evenings later and still no report. I can't in good conscience recommend this type of service to another customer because no one should pay for service without delivery of what they paid for, I shouldn't be 3 going on 4 weeks in with no appraisal. Nice guy but his service sucks
