I highly recommend him. He was very professional and went out of his way to help with me with editing my book. What impressed me the most was how quickly he was able to accomplish what I needed and how he continued to help me after his job was finished. He really cares about each project which is great!

My experience working with Scott has been nothing short of exceptional! I needed some editing work to be performed at the last minute (within 2 days) on my thesis that I was working on. Scott was extremely responsive and was able to review and edit the sections that I needed within the specified timeline. He even went the extra mile to review my entire document! He had additional recommendations for me after his final review, which I really appreciated. I was then able to turn in a pristine document, which I am truly proud of. Scott's editing work is excellent! Thanks, Scott!

Holly edited my resume and a number of cover letters. I was skeptical at first because of how specialized my line of work is. She took the time to really dig in and you language and jargon appropriate for my work, and used her expertise to expand on my skills and experience in ways I wouldn't have thought to. She also helped identify area's to shorten. Holly has helped me overcome the 1st step hurdle in the job hunt process and land interviews. I would highly recommend Holly's services to everyone, whether you're just looking for a good set of eyes to edit, or a lot of help. ...now if only she did interview coaching too....

Over the last 2.5 years, David Gertler has helped me edit a book I am writing about chess. As a philosophy professor, I have had 12 books published in the last decade (mostly new editions of textbooks), and so I have extensive experience with editors, proofreaders, compositors, and so on. Mr. Gertler's work has been exemplary -- helpful, insightful, and prompt. He has done research for me, improved my prose, and noticed apostrophes that were backwards. He has marked up around 35 different chapters (sometimes multiple drafts), totaling several hundred single-spaced pages. I have agreed with upwards of 90% of his suggestions, which might be a record in my experience. He is one of the very best.

    About

Hello! I am a graduate of Haverford College and an aspiring travel writer! I was recently accepted into a NASA program in Houston to fly an experiment in a zero-gravity aircraft. I also lived in a remote area of the Altai Republic, Siberia for a month and a half on a self-designed volunteer project for a wildlife conservation organization. I am a lover of how words are used as tools to craft emotion and personality and have been writing as a hobby since elementary school. I was placed into the highest reading classes all through grade school and have more notebooks than I care to count at this point. In second grade, I had my school bind little "books" for me that I'd written and later on in school, I helped run the school literary publication. These days, I'm doing some tutoring, helping my dad run the family business, and going on the occasional reckless travel adventure. As an aspiring writer, I'm always looking for more work in writing! And that's where YOU come in! Whether you need a writing tutor, an enthusiastic editor of lengthy papers or someone to write some copy for your business, I am more than happy to provide my services and my love of words. Besides my love of writing and travel, I am a scientist and have been fencing at the national level since I was seven. I've run headlong into freezing glacial lakes, stood on the rim of a volcanic crater in Costa Rica above the clouds, hiked remote islands in Maine, camped next to moose in the wilderness and waded through muck in the Florida Everglades with large gators nearby. Someday, I want to live in a tree-house of my own construction. I love visiting new places, trying weird new foods and camping in the woods where I'm not supposed to. Let me know how I can be of service to your writing project, business or anything else that might require writing expertise. I can provide my resume upon request. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Alice

I have been an activist almost as long as I have been a writer. I have great planning skills as well as motivational! (you didn't think all those protesters showed up out of the blue did you??) I have a gift that allows me to write in just about any genre...some I just haven't tried yet. if I am researching for a book or a documentary or for that matter working on any project I give it my all because I really love all aspects of what I do.So unlike some people who just give recycled copy and half way investigated material I will always find away to bring a fresh and exciting approach to any project no matter what role I would be given .

    About

EPD was established over 20 years ago as a recruiting firm in the pharmaceutical and medical device field. It was necessary to submit convincing proposals in an effort to secure job orders or high-level searches. Strong resumes were an absolute part of the process. In addition, I am working on a novel and have extensive experience in public speaking. Writing projects: speechs, proposals, business plans, manuscript editing, resumes, short skits and story lines. Below is an example of my work: IN SEARCH OF POPPA CHAPTER ONE I was born a bastard. At least, that’s what my mother told me the last time the subject came up; in fact, every time the subject came up. At the top of her voice, she screamed, “I ain’t telling you shit! You ain’t got no damn father!” The angry shouts that followed were so loud that it was hard to distinguish between the sudden ringing in my ears or the hammering of my heart against the inside walls of my chest, in a futile attempt to jump out of its cavity. Tatemsville, Georgia is our home...behind the general store that faced the railroad tracks. Jus’ follow the dirt road on the side of the general store and then turn right at the second corner: that‘s us...along with twelve other neighboring two room-look alike- unpainted wooden shacks. Our community is a small tightly knitted village on the outer southwestern edge of Savannah where we revel in a rich, comfortable blues singing poverty with pockets as empty as a banker’s heart…maybe seven or eight pigs. Further east, on the edge of Tatemsville, is the spirited-“Holy-Roller”-church of the richest man in our village: “The Sweet Daddy Grace.” And a couple of steps away from his sanctuary, the branches of a massive Oak and a cluster of Chinaberry trees shade Mr. Leroy’s Snake Pit Tavern and a giant hole in the ground that serves as the community’s barbecue pit. Two old bed springs, covered the top of the community barbecue pit and serve as the cooking counter. And underneath...a buildup of red coals, bits and pieces of Oak logs have already burned down, simmering and glowing in the pit, making a fizzzzzing noise. Smells of cooking rabbits penetrated the air and a reddish well-seasoned sauce soaked their small bones and dripped through the bed springs giving off a char-grill fragrance mingled with a slight hickory odor that escaped in smoke drifting through the narrow holes of the springs. Nearby two hogs hang around patiently, uncomplainingly, stabbed through the heart, split open, gutted and strung up gaping and bloody, waiting for their barbecuing rendezvous.
