Earl Scott is hands down the best instructor I have ever encountered in over 15 years working in the Child Care field. He is funny, informative, and jovial. He is an incredible instructor; making abstract ideas concrete and understandable to anyone he is teaching. He gave our teachers so much more hands on training time that previous trainings did not allow. I cannot express enough what a genuine asset Mr. Scott is to our community; Our school (Young Hearts CCLC South Philly) will never use any trainer but him for as long as he is in the business! My name is kem. My experience with Mr. Scott was great. He is very knowledgeable of his training..it took less than an hour to train me for CPR and First Aid. He went above and beyond and he was on time. He did a great job teaching me . I really learned a lot.
