Now that I worked with the person behind the name, I'm so glad I did. Michael Salfi is quick, responsive, punctual, thorough and does what he says he is going to do. I had three computers and one tablet needing service; one item needed further repair. Michael stayed in communication with me all throughout, was polite, articulate and patient. I am of a different generation, and "computer-speak" is not my "first language" - Michael explained in an easy-to-understand manner what was needed and how to go about making it all happen. I believe his fees are very reasonable, and he has a "portal" where I can see all records of my experience with him: history, payments, invoices, receipts - whenever I need to. I highly recommend Michael and Computer Mafia.
Reloaded all information from one computer into making new computer. Very knowledgeable
Disassembled my laptop and cleaned out the lint causing overheating. Thought he would have cleaned off the heat sink and cpu as well to make sure everything was cleaned up. While he was there also installed paper feed kit for HP laser printing. knowledgeable and works methodicvally.

I needed help getting my computer to run faster and perform better like when I first bought the computer. I had some close friends look into it, but it was not easy enough for them to fix. It needed an expert who knew the ins and outs of a computer. I used thumbtack to find that expert and found Jesse. It only took a few hours for him to diagnose and fix the problem with my computer. Now it's working better and I'm so happy it was able to be fixed. Jesse was very knowledgable and polite. He explained what he was going to do so I could understand better. Once he was finished, he showed me exactly how fast the computer could run and he gave me great tips on possibly upgrading my computer in the future. Old computer was super slow, and loaded with viruses. Home Tech came out removed the viruses. They also gave me a deal on a new computer, set it up for me, including security software. Very happy. Great value. Will use again.
