Paul Messa and his crew are amazing. Not only are they quick and efficient, they take great care in doing their best to make minimal mess and intrusion. They are absolute professionals and are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in water mitigation. Most importantly, they realize that this isn't just a mess to clean up and dispose of - they are fully aware that the damaged goods are your possessions - your memories - that these items matter to you and upset you that they are destroyed. Property Recovery 911 made a very emotionally difficult situation much easier to handle with their sincere show of compassion, patience and kindness. Our job was very messy and unpleasant. it required maneuvering in a very large and deep crawl space only about 3 feet high. it required lugging heavy wet, smelly boxes and rugs and storage items out of that space and up and down stairs with each, through another room, the yard, and steps to our driveway. over and over again. They protected our travel-through areas as best as they possibly could. They performed this work tirelessly, pleasantly and without complaint. They are friendly and explain every step of the process clearly and took care to discuss/answer any questions we had. They cleaned, dried and disinfected the affected areas thoroughly and quickly. After we repack what we managed to salvage, they will place all of our remaining items back into the crawl space. I hope i never have need of their services again, but if ever i sustain any such damages again, i will not hesitate to call Paul Messa and Property Recovery 911 again. Not once did i feel i had to look over their shoulder or be concerned something was not being done right. They instilled in me and my husband nothing but confidence and relief to allow them to take care of our problem.
