Unfortunately, I jumped the gun on writing my review. I originally wrote a very nice review but it's been over a month and the job was not completed to our satisfaction I should have waited for the concrete to dry. I am still hoping our issue can be resolved without legal action. We paid in full expecting to get what we paid for. We were told J and R Concrete Construction would 100% make it right. We have not heard anything from them in weeks. We still have metal stakes and wood framing around our patio. (Going on 2 months later) The borders they etched in the concrete are uneven. Not what was displayed in the picture or sketch they provided. I was hoping I didn't have to leave a negative review but we are beyond frustrated that they have not contacted us in weeks. Hopefully they will honor their word and we get what we paid for back in August!!!Oct 18, 2018Verified

My experience with J & R team was great. They are very respectful, prfessional, & did quality work. I will highly recommend them to all my friends.Sep 12, 2018Verified
Very professional work, very easy to deal with. Jason is a super nice guy and I'd highly recommend working with him.Aug 22, 2018Verified
Jason is very professional. He showed up when he said he would for a free estimate and followed up. Although I went with another contractor based on a referral, I would consider J&R construction in the future. Thanks.Jun 11, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not necessarily a pricing system...but pricing factors are based upon square footage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ideally, I want to ask as many questions as possible to get the most clear picture of what they want the finished product to look like. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process. I like to give customers options to choose from so they don't feel "pigeon holed" into one thing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I'm a second generation concrete mason. I have over 20 years experience in the concrete and masonry field, and I have had my own company for over 10 years.
