- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked at a bar/restaurant in West Chester, PA for several years. Clients began asking me to working private events at their home, which lead to referrals and needing more staff. And so Swig was born!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of our events are simple house parties! Holiday, graduations, birthday, showers and so on. We also staff several weddings in the area.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, be sure to research the vendor's service you are considering on the internet, as well as ask for current reviews and client referrals. You just want to be sure the vendor is a reputable service and be extra safe since you are inviting them into your event to take care of you and your guests. Anybody can say they are a professional bartender or staffing professional, and this is very much a "you get what you pay for" type of industry. Swig may be a bit more pricy then our competition, but our clients and review prove our service is well worth the peace-of-mind.
