FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first lesson is typically spent discussing the students prior musical experiences and their goals and expectations for their guitar lessons. Whether that’s simply to find a new hobby and have fun, to prepare for a show, an audition or other performance, or to sharpen their technique, their music theory and songwriting capabilities or other skill - I do not have one curriculum or method for all students.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Music - Cleveland Institute of Music, 2000, perform in recitals and special events through-out the year, I am a multi-level music educator providing instruction for music students in after school and university programs in the region. I also serve on the board of several non-profit music presenters where I am pleased to meet and hear a variety of top flight performers in the field each season!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The guitar has been a passion for over 30 years and I have been proud to be a professional musician for over 20 years.
