Ethan did a great job manually and chemically removing the moss from our roof, and went above and beyond. I was so impressed, I asked him to come back 10 days later to power-wash my front walk and back patio.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  All prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and an additional 2% within Philadelphia. If you are located in New Jersey a sales tax of 6.625% will be charged.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  The first step is a remote estimate. In order to give you a price I will need your address. A few pictures of your home and what work needs to be completed is always helpful as well. Once you accept the quote we can schedule a date and time that works for you. I will send you an invoice which includes a contract.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have been working in the home services industry for the past 10 years. I have custom built my system to be able to safely and efficiently clean your home.
