- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fairly priced, senior discount, military discount, cash discount. I encourage potential customers to shop around as I know I am priced competitively. I accept ePay as well like Venmo, however there is a 3% surcharge for any electronic payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, give an estimate based on pictures and whatever text they send me that is explaining their problem. Then if the customer approves the estimate, I will do one final estimate in person, to ensure nothing was excluded during the initial estimate. Most times the price is accurate but can sometimes go up or down after the walkthrough. However, for some bigger jobs no estimate can be given without an in-person inspection.
