Introduction: I have worked as fitness professional for the last 15 years +, helping people across all demographics accomplish their fitness, health, and wellness goals. Through out my many years of personal training, I have developed expert level skills in client communication and compliance to their programs, therefore delivering the results they seek in regards to their fitness goals. It is my life's mission to help as many people as I can, fall in love with the process of fitness, health and wellness, so that they can develop life long habits that extend across the rest of their lives. I have been training with Carlise for 2 years, and I can't imagine a better personal training experience. I'm 43 years old and now I'm in the best shape of my life. And I'm having fun working with him! Carlise knows what he's doing, and he cares about really personalizing the training experience. And, he never does the same routine twice. I look forward to my workouts with Carlise every week. Also, regarding our appointments, he's reliable, punctual, and flexible. I highly recommend him!

I started training with Carlise when he stepped in to cover my session for my regular trainer when they were out and was impressed from the beginning. Carlise is excellent at talking you through the activities and demonstrating for you. He will motivate you and ensure you arent doing anything that will injure you in any way. Once you see the results of working with Carlise, you will never want to stop. Highly recommend as a personal trainer!

Carlise is an amazing trainer. I have received great results from working out with him. From lifting to conditioning to core he creates very balanced workouts. And he is very nice and provides great positive reinforcement. Would highly recommend.

It is refreshing to have Carlise as a trainer. It's great to work with someone who truly practices what they preach and truly believes in what he does. Carlise is so motivating during workouts he changes the I can't attitude to a truly positive outlook. I 100% recommend Carlise as a great trainer!

I have been training with Carlise for over two years and it has been an amazing experience. Despite a pregnancy and a number of injuries Carlise has always given me an individualized workout that was hard enough to get the job done but not so hard that I didn't want to do it. He is also a really nice guy, incredibly professional and incredibly knowledgable about his field. I would highly recommend him.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is based on frequency of training. The more often you train weekly the cheaper price per session cost it is! I don't do contracts, and it is pay as you go. My only policy is a 24 hour cancellation policy, barring any extenuating circumstances (sick, family emergency, etc...) otherwise you will have to cover the session for that day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will start out with goal setting and based on the individuals goals, we will do a need analysis to figure out what is the best program to accomplish these goals (exercise frequency, nutrition, training program etc...). Once we have a solid game plan, we will begin with building our foundational tools, through proper education in biomechanics, to increase our results in the gym in regards to building lean muscle mass, dropping body fat, increasing strength and avoid injury.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I studied Kinesiology at Temple University, completing my education in human body movement. While in college, I received my certification in personal training from the National Council of Strength and Fitness in 2007. I started personal training at Bally Total Fitness in 2007. Since that time I have worked as fitness educator for the last 15 years, managing personal training programs for 100s of clients, developing 100s of trainers, and successfully building high performing businesses for many corporate gyms in Philadelphia (Bally Total Fitness, LA Fitness, City Fitness, and Philadelphia Sports Clubs).
