FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. Just $35 an hour.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
When I am staging a home, the most common jobs I do are putting together a staging check list which includes some things that the seller will need to do before I can stage. This includes de-cluttering, painting and cleaning. I will suggest paint colors to my customers to make the process easier as well as break down the check list per room. Once I am able to stage, I make sure each room has a specific purpose so a buyer can see themselves living in the space and going about their lives in the home! As a home organizer, the biggest part of the job is to remove everything. If I am organizing a closet, I remove everything from that closet to see what is in there and what needs to be organized. Once I have a clear view of what needs to go back in the closet, I can get to organizing. Once I get started on one space, it usually spirals into many rooms. This is because things that are usually stored in a closet don't belong there! And what is belongs is in another space that also needs some organizing.
