When Lenora told me she was going to practice reiki I was beyond skeptical, until one afternoon she performed reiki on my shoulder which had a nagging injury causing a dull constant pain. After a minute or so of placing her hands a few inches from my shoulder, sharp pains began to intensify and ran all the way down my back. I was amazed that my body was having this reaction without even being touched. A few minutes later, all of the pain left my shoulder including the original annoying constant ache. While the relief was not permanent, it made a believer out of me. I have since witnessed the sincere appreciation expressed by her clients as they leave her sessions, as well as her yoga practices. She's the real deal, and can best be described as "authentic" in all areas of her reiki, yoga and personal training practices.
I have taken so many yoga classes with Stephanie Markstein because she is an amazing teacher. She is so very educated, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and she has been able to help me with my own personal body issues. I highly recommend her.
Dave is an excellent Yoga instructor. Very relaxed and not in the slightest bit intimidating to people new to yoga. Dave teaches yoga stretches but also focuses on meditation and breathing techniques that help integrate the mind and body. I highly recommend Dave!!

Alison worked to host a beautiful female-empowerment yoga and ceremony for my bridal party on the morning of my wedding day. It was a wonderful experience for everyone that was involved. I would highly recommend utilizing Alison's experience to host a yoga class for an important event, work related or personal, or really for any situation where you'd like to have a yoga teacher! She has experience working in varying settings and I'm sure would do a wonderful job.
If you are in need of an energetic and fun practice Ashley is your girl. She teaches classes with a strong theme and in depth knowledge of alignment. I have had the pleasure of taking Annie's class for the past few months and have been quite impressed with her consistency over these months. She teaches with a very authentic and compassionate presence. Her knowledge of the postures and how to sequence them is also very impressive. Annie's classes flow with a great ease allowing the student to gain a deep sense of release and relaxation.
