- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you want to get a $15 DOLLAR DISCOUNT, simply ask for my availability and we can discuss a price point. You are NOT stuck to a specific price, I am always open to discussion. To continue to receive jobs, I need to talk with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ALWAYS ask how much are you willing to pay, what exactly do they need me to do for them along with pictures of the job and the equipment they need me to bring. My mission is to bring the best customer service to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During the 6 year span I was working a 9 to 5, I did cleaning, everyday and I improved my attention to detail, studied various videos and articles, and learned how to efficiently service the needs of ALL my clients.
