Prepared interior walls, provided interior paint work, repaired brick and cement work and weatherproofed the exterior with sealant. Work was done right, quickly, at a fair price and took care of the "little things" discovered along the way. Would definitely hire ADAD again.
Mike is my new "go to" guy for work. He hung a ceiling fan, installed wall mounted heaters, and hung a blind. He is reliable and trustworthy. Easy to communicate with and prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone! See you soon, Mike!
Very fast and professional service! He did a great job removing a wood wall in my yard that was blowing back and forth in today's strong, gusty winds. He was available in a moments notice and worked on a Sunday. Would highly recommend!
If you want a carpenter who's professional, punctual, meticulous, unobtrusive, artistic (and is good with happy little dogs), hire Tom. We hired him to build custom wainscoting along one wall of our living room, running up the steps into the hallway, as well as paint the wainscoting, wall and our kitchen. We are beyond thrilled with Tom's work. Every edge and corner is precise, and finished product is really beautiful. We have some more home improvements in mind, and we'll be calling Tom first.
Hired Jim for installing few door knobs, door closer. He was responsive and came on time. He also helped in fixing wall mountings of kids games. He did jobs well.
I have used Ace & Sons on several different occasions. Roofing, painting, framing, interior work/exterior and am VERY pleased with their work. I own several properties and Ace is the first call I make when I need work done.
Jerry's job was to patch a large segment of drywall damaged by a leak in our bathroom above our kitchen area and repaint the entire kitchen wall. What I like about Jerry was that he has 30 years experience with this kind of thing, so he takes his time to get the area just right, looking like brand new. And today it does. Jerry sticks with until he gets it the way he likes it, which is as close to perfect as possible...and he is a nice guy too. Highly recommended. Mike.
Fantastic experience! Michael could NOT have been better. Extremely friendly, did A LOT more for us than we originally asked for, and an all around great guy. A leaky pipe turned into the removal of a dishwasher that was screwed into the counter and was a much, much bigger job than we had asked for. The service was phenomenal and we'll be using Michael for all of our needs going forward. Thank you so much you are a life saver!
Had steps repaired, part of the sidewalk & curb replaced and had old driveway removed and new one graded in & resurfaced. Also had some grouting work done & new wood retaining wall installed.
Would definately recommend Rory and Safe Bet. He did a beautiful job of painting with wall paper removal. My husband is a super fussy painter and he is thrilled with the finished job. Also, we appreciated the timely estimate and Rory's work ethic. He is reliable, prompt, and easily assessable.
Very careful with my hard wood floors, he made sure not to scratch them while removing the wall unit or closet he disassembled.
He sent a quote within 24 hours, made an appointment and came to the house to look at the job and give us a contract for what he quoted. Discovered some floor damage in 3 areas and professionally took care of the problem with very small add'l charge. Cleaned up at the end of each day and when the job was finished including wiping the walls down to remove the sander dust. Told us what to buy to maintain the floors (cleaning them). As we are installing our own baseboard and shoe molding we purchase the shoe molding from him and he stained it for us and gave us an almost full quart of the stain he used on the floors. After seeing his work and how professional he handled the job we contracted with him to do another area in 2 weeks. 5 Stars are not enough! Deserves 10+. We have had floors done previously by someone else and it was a good bit more expensive. Thanks Bobby from very satisfied customers!
Will's Home Remodeling was the general contractor for my major residential renovation at 183Jordan Road in Somers Point NJ. The project took about 4 months to complete where we completely gutted and renovated this badly damaged home that sat vacant for over 5 years. This was a $100k+ renovation for total labor and materials and Will and his team were the glue that kept the project on track and within budget. Will and his team personally completed all new vinyl siding, all new windows, new roofing, new gutters, new insulation, several new walls, stucco and cement repair, new stair steps, bathroom and shower and back splash and accent tile work, kitchen cabinet installation, wall board, spackling, caulking, trim work, door frames, shower doors and many miscellaneous requests. Will partnered well with some challenging subcontractors in the areas of plumbing, electrical, outside concrete, flooring and granite counter top installation. When the other subcontractors dropped the ball, Will was always there with a creative solution and to help get them back on task. I would definitely hire Wills Home Remodeling for my next project.
We interviewed several contractors for a major shore house refurbishment and Brad and his team were selected for many reasons outside of those stated. The project which essentially involved building work and decoration throughout the house, new bathrooms, electrics, new floors, walls and ceilings as well as extensive outside work to the building was flawlessly executed and has resulted in the delivery of a beautiful house that we love. Brad was possibly one of the most creative, professional and communicative contractors I have ever worked with and I would have no hesitation in recommending Brad & his company for any job however large or small.
We discovered mold in the basement wall and underneath laminate floor few weeks after we moved into our new house. Unfortunately this was missed by the home inspector. We had redo the full basement (1350 sq ft). This included dry wall, new ceramic tile, fireplace, theatre room, electrical work etc. Tim helped us during this painful times. He was able to find the source of the problem (water leak) which I think needed a lot patience and detective work. He always gave us a honest opinion and has a vast wealth of knowledge that you can not get on the internet. Not only is he pleasant and personable, but a stickler for perfection. He followed up on every last detail until the job was completed. The result was outstanding as we now have a basement with a very modern look. Since then we used his services numerous times and also refered him to my friends who shared a similar opinion.
Garry Moore did a great job repairing the fence gate. We are pleased with the result.
Rich helped us with our kitchen remodel project in our town home in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The project included removal of half of a wall, and installation of ceramic tile flooring, hardwood cabinets, and appliances, including all accompanying electrical and plumbing work. The job is still in progress, as we are waiting on additional parts to be delivered from the cabinet company. Rich is very flexible and easy to work with. He was able to answer any questions we had about the project and provide advice from his professional experience. Overall, Rich was a polite and trustworthy guy who has been a pleasure to work with. His prices are fair and from what we have seen so far, the quality of his work is excellent.
This is our second project of extensive stone work on a kitchen island and a fireplace wall that was installed by this father & 2 sons company. Their workmanship is superb! They are neat, conscientious, and very respectful working in your home. We HIGHLY recommend them for any work!
Rod did a wonderful job on wallpaper removal that I thought would never come off. He painted the room after repairing the walls and it now looks amazing. He was neat while working and his work was completed as promised. I highly recommend ASWIFT painting.
Scott and Millennium Builders did a great job with my project of replacing 5 interior doors at my home. He was prompt, responsive to all communications, upfront and accurate with his estimates, and provided quality workmanship. I would recommend using Millennium Builders without any reservations.
Donna completed a huge interior paint project to prep For Sale our 30+ year family home. Her price was quite reasonable. The QUALITY of her work was outstanding, including difficult wallpaper removal and wall resurfacing. We were delighted by her use of premium materials and strong attention to detail. Best Decision we made pertaining to our Move was hiring Donna.
