Prepared interior walls, provided interior paint work, repaired brick and cement work and weatherproofed the exterior with sealant. Work was done right, quickly, at a fair price and took care of the "little things" discovered along the way. Would definitely hire ADAD again.
If you want a carpenter who's professional, punctual, meticulous, unobtrusive, artistic (and is good with happy little dogs), hire Tom. We hired him to build custom wainscoting along one wall of our living room, running up the steps into the hallway, as well as paint the wainscoting, wall and our kitchen. We are beyond thrilled with Tom's work. Every edge and corner is precise, and finished product is really beautiful. We have some more home improvements in mind, and we'll be calling Tom first.
Very fast and professional service! He did a great job removing a wood wall in my yard that was blowing back and forth in today's strong, gusty winds. He was available in a moments notice and worked on a Sunday. Would highly recommend!
Glenn and his crew took down two layers of wall paper, patched the walls, painted our hallway/stairway and replaced a closet door. We had avoided this job for many years because we felt it the difficulty of the job (high ceilings, multilayered wallpaper, lots of wall repair) would make the project just too expensive. Glenn provided a realistic estimate, quick time frame and beautiful work. The walls and door are gorgeous and only took two days. We were so pleased with the results. Glenn's knowledge and professionalism were so impressive we have already hired him to refinished the stairs! We will be using his services for many projects to come. We highly recommend having Glenn work in your home.
I have used Ace & Sons on several different occasions. Roofing, painting, framing, interior work/exterior and am VERY pleased with their work. I own several properties and Ace is the first call I make when I need work done.
Had steps repaired, part of the sidewalk & curb replaced and had old driveway removed and new one graded in & resurfaced. Also had some grouting work done & new wood retaining wall installed.
Would definately recommend Rory and Safe Bet. He did a beautiful job of painting with wall paper removal. My husband is a super fussy painter and he is thrilled with the finished job. Also, we appreciated the timely estimate and Rory's work ethic. He is reliable, prompt, and easily assessable.
Very careful with my hard wood floors, he made sure not to scratch them while removing the wall unit or closet he disassembled.
Really awesome job - very pleased. I've had a lot of problems with contractors in the past, but Rick restored my faith that there actually are some good, honest contractors out there. The work was done on time and on budget, even though my house threw a couple of curve balls at them (crappy wiring, inconvenient duct work, etc.). So picture this: Rick and team removed the wall between our kitchen and dining room - yet, the house was so clean during the time that they were working that my wife and I cooked in the kitchen, and my family to ate in the dining room, EVERY NIGHT. I have a newborn baby, so I was concerned about the disruption to the household, but we were amazed that the work was so unobtrusive. One other thing I would point out was the attention to detail in finishing the job off - for instance, Rick put this great molding around the top section (where the light is) to match the décor in the dining room. I wouldn't even have thought of that (!), but you can see how it ties everything together. Attention to detail is important, and they really nailed it. Good stuff - everything turned out way better than we expected. Definitely recommend.
Joe did an exceptional job doing interior trim work for us. We will be using him again and highly recommend him.
I asked Pinnacle Exterior to inspect the roof and give us an estimate about a house that we are potentially buying. Brian was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He also made sure that I got the proposal report back when I needed it. Our roof inspector, James, was running late, but I appreciated the fact that he called even before our appointment time. James did a great job explaining everything to not only me, the prospective buyer, but to the current homeowner as well about everything he noticed about the roof. So we already knew what to expect when the inspection report came and Brian even clarified some of the details again for me. Overall, I value their professionalism and their expertise and would highly recommend them!
Will's Home Remodeling was the general contractor for my major residential renovation at 183Jordan Road in Somers Point NJ. The project took about 4 months to complete where we completely gutted and renovated this badly damaged home that sat vacant for over 5 years. This was a $100k+ renovation for total labor and materials and Will and his team were the glue that kept the project on track and within budget. Will and his team personally completed all new vinyl siding, all new windows, new roofing, new gutters, new insulation, several new walls, stucco and cement repair, new stair steps, bathroom and shower and back splash and accent tile work, kitchen cabinet installation, wall board, spackling, caulking, trim work, door frames, shower doors and many miscellaneous requests. Will partnered well with some challenging subcontractors in the areas of plumbing, electrical, outside concrete, flooring and granite counter top installation. When the other subcontractors dropped the ball, Will was always there with a creative solution and to help get them back on task. I would definitely hire Wills Home Remodeling for my next project.
Geno and Nice Price Concrete were very professional and courteous. They showed up on time, did the work right, and cleaned up after they finished. They put up a stucco wall and gave us a 3 year warranty. They also fixed the fence that the neighbor busted. The price was right and we're pretty happy with everything. Thanks again Geno!
Adam and Mike were fabulous!!! Everything was completed in a timely manner, and to the highest degree of professionalism. We needed a wall repair, and closet system installed. The project was completed efficiently, timely and the result was beautiful! Thank you Roth Tile! I am hiring them to complete another project - On the spot!
Turner Family Construction is wonderful! Bryan & April were quick answer my inquiry! We are doing a kitchen remodel. April has done a fantastic job on repainting our cabinets and walls. She has great ideas for colors too! With the addition of new hardware and woodwork done by Bryan, our cabinets look brand new! They are a wonderful team. Very knowledgeable & professional. April takes pride in her work and is very attentive to even the smallest detail! We are now going to work on updating our bathroom vanities too! If you need any of their services, call Turner Family Construction! You, like us, will be glad you did! Thank you, Bryan & April!!
We discovered mold in the basement wall and underneath laminate floor few weeks after we moved into our new house. Unfortunately this was missed by the home inspector. We had redo the full basement (1350 sq ft). This included dry wall, new ceramic tile, fireplace, theatre room, electrical work etc. Tim helped us during this painful times. He was able to find the source of the problem (water leak) which I think needed a lot patience and detective work. He always gave us a honest opinion and has a vast wealth of knowledge that you can not get on the internet. Not only is he pleasant and personable, but a stickler for perfection. He followed up on every last detail until the job was completed. The result was outstanding as we now have a basement with a very modern look. Since then we used his services numerous times and also refered him to my friends who shared a similar opinion.
Installed new patio and replaced our front walkway. Good work.
Rich helped us with our kitchen remodel project in our town home in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The project included removal of half of a wall, and installation of ceramic tile flooring, hardwood cabinets, and appliances, including all accompanying electrical and plumbing work. The job is still in progress, as we are waiting on additional parts to be delivered from the cabinet company. Rich is very flexible and easy to work with. He was able to answer any questions we had about the project and provide advice from his professional experience. Overall, Rich was a polite and trustworthy guy who has been a pleasure to work with. His prices are fair and from what we have seen so far, the quality of his work is excellent.
This is our second project of extensive stone work on a kitchen island and a fireplace wall that was installed by this father & 2 sons company. Their workmanship is superb! They are neat, conscientious, and very respectful working in your home. We HIGHLY recommend them for any work!
Ollie did great work for us. He went above and beyond to get our bathroom project ready for move-in. He was responsive, on time, flexible, creative, and fun to have around as we problem solved. I would recommend Ollie for any dry-wall or carpentry project, and hope to work with him again.
We wish we hired Building Leaders to do the renovation that we undertook two years ago - they would have saved us a lot of money, time, and frustration. They honestly reinstilled our faith in the contracting community - we've had several terrible experiences from other contracting companies. This was such different and positive experience, we wanted to share. If you're looking for a contractor who is honest, keeps his promises, who delivers quality outcomes and within budget, and respects your home/personal space -- Building Leaders needs to be considered. They were hired to bring a pretty complex project and design to life. Sami, the owner, did an amazing job partnering with our Interior Designer, Keegan Riotto from Revamp Designs. They successfully completed a 3 month project that included a complete demolition of an unusable space. The scope of work also included building of multiple decks, build out and construction of new closets/rooms. They also masterfully installed a stacked stone wall - they did such an awesome job, the stacked stone manufacture has sent a photographer to take photos to showcase in their catalog/websites. Sami and team also installed ~800sq ft of Aztek pavers, completed electrical work to support a complex lifting scheme, roofing work, etc. Bottom line, Building Leaders -- is a very professional, honest, and skilled company that took Revamp's designs and beautifully transformed a once unusable space to an oasis that we're able to use on daily basis. His team was challenged with weather and other issues and they absolutely did an amazing job. One last item to share...those of you who've had renovations or work done on your house while living there - it can be terribly disruptive and stressful when you have the wrong contractor who does not respect the fact that you are living there during construction (we have small children) -- Sami and his team were so respectful and thoughtful in this regard - they took precautions to ensure our home and personal property (and kids) were cared for/safe and they the time to clean up the site EVERY day!! Thanks Building Leaders/Sami, we love our new spaces and appreciate they great work. I highly recommend Sami and his team - honest to work with, competitively priced, stellar craftsmanship, on time and extremely respectful.
