Stephen has been a huge influence is my chose to live a healthy lifestyle as he leads by example. His knowledge of the human body, nutrition and how foods affect the body, mind and spirit plus his knowledge of personal training for various types of people is unsurpassed. He will research your condition and find the right avenues to take to assist you with exercise and nutrition. Stephen's massage therapy has saved me from a trip to the chiropractor or taking pain medication because he has eased the pain in my back and legs many times. He is very kind and very sensitive to people's needs which makes it a pleasure to have him as an integral part of my healthy lifestyle. I couldnt have done it without his patience and expertise.

I have had a great experience with Stephen. He comes to my apartment house gym. He was recommended for TRX but the work out includes other exercises as well. I work out with him for 30 minutes twice a week. He is patient and explains the exercises well and makes sure to correct any positional errors. The workouts are varied and interesting including kettle bells, Indian clubs, and the TRX system. I have made exceptional progress in a very short time in improved strength and posture. And we have fun! He is always on time, often extends the sessions by 5 or so minutes to be sure to fit in a final stretching exercise and cool down. I do not think there is anything I would change.

Steve was our personal trainer for nearly a year. We were referred to him by a physical therapist as a way to strengthen and reduce pain in my fiance's back. Steve's emphasis on form and proper training technique significantly improved his back pain (when nothing else seemed to be working!), while simultaneously helping him to strengthen his back and surrounding muscles. We had a fantastic experience with Steve - he was professional, knowledgeable and developed personalized workouts that were customized to our ability and fitness goals. Through our workouts with Steve, we increased muscle mass, lost fast and learned how to train smarter and more efficiently. Would highly recommend Steve as a personal trainer!

Steve is a stellar trainer. He is patient, knowledgeable and effective. I have worked with Steve for the past year and have plans to continue with him indefinately. My appearance, physical body and nutritional knowledge have improved significantly. I give Steve my highest recommendation. Retaining Steve's service is an investment in your health. He is a pleasure to work with and is clearly highly trained in his field. He is also a massage therapist which gives you the unique option to book a massage after your work out!

Functional movement training was completely new to me when we first started working with Steve over 3 years ago, now it is a lifestyle. Steve has mastered the art of cutting edge training techniques all while re-introducing your body to how it was meant to move. Through kettlebell, rope, and boxing workouts with Steve I am happy to say I am now 2 years pain free with a torn labrum (hip). Steve's unique and effective approach to training and nutrition provide insight into steps you can easily take to change your life... and those steps will be barefoot is he has anything to say about it.
