Louis completed asbestos abatement service in our home removing tiles in the laundry area so we could install a sump pump. Louis was fantastic. He took the time to understand the issues we were having with water, plan for the sump pump, and took out a few extra tiles than quoted at no extra charge. Louis was very professional and was in constant communication about the project I highly recommend AMS for any project and definitely will be calling them again if I require their services in the future

I'm very pleased with Affordable Mold Service. Louis is very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. We had a leak in our shower which caused some mold damage. He was quick, efficient and clean. He even offered to come back at no charge when we did some more demo and found a little more mold in another area. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to friends.

AMS was a life saver had a water pipe break while away for two weeks in the bathroom, that leaked into are kitchen causing a big mold problem. AMS removed all damaged materials and rebuilt are kitchen good as new.

All staff are properly trained by the EPA, IICRC , MICRO in Asbestos Abatement, Mold remediation, Water, Smoke and Fire restoration. Every job site has a supervisor trained and certified by OSHA 30 for safety.
