October Ocean is top notch! I have hired movers to help me relocate, and Aaron and his staff were probably the best I’ve worked with. Communication was quick and proactive. They were perfectly punctual. Took great care of my entire home’s goods and went the extra mile to ensure everything was secure in the moving truck by using their own supplies. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work that Aaron and his partner did. They were efficient and well-organized both in emptying the one storage unit and loading it into their truck and also in unloading the truck and arranging things in the new storage unit at the destination. They clearly knew what they were doing and had it down to a science. They were also patient for me to identify which things I wanted in the front, middle, or back of the new unit and what things I wanted low and high. Communication when I initially booked the service, the day before the service, and the day of the move was always clear. I also appreciated that the pricing was clear, upfront, and with no surprises.

Aaron and his partner and created this stressful move into such a wonderful day. They came with a positive attitude and got everything completed quickly. Being pregnant, there were so many things I wanted to do myself but couldn’t and he didn’t mind stepping in and lending a hand with everything. They came on time, had constant communication, and effectively moved everything without any issues. I would highly recommend to anyone moving, and it would be a pleasure to hire him again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For assembly.. it may increase the price of the move because it is time consuming but we do understand that it is needed in most cases..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is best .. to discuss the move distance ,amount of man power needed for the task, parking ,largest item details etc.. we will follow up throughout the day or week leading into the move to make sure everything is still in place because we understand that things come up unexpected... we just ask that you inform us as soon as possible... once everything is verified, the team will show up and take our time with all of your belongings...
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I helped an elderly neighbor at the last minute once his original movers failed to call or show... he noticed the drive within me to complete the task so he suggested that I should take this line of work more seriously in the future... I valued his opinion and took action..
