Introduction: I am a Philadelphia based registered dietitian. In my practice, I provide nutritional counseling and nutritional therapy to women and men of all ages. I specialize in treating women with eating disorders and type 2 diabetics. I believe that real food can positively affect your quality of life, but I also realize the making lifestyle changes is difficult. I educate my clients on how to nourish their bodies while also being cognizant of the difficulties of making changes. I pride myself in thinking outside the box to help my clients become the best version of themselves.
