I was looking for a chef to come to my cousin’s bachelorette party and Chef Tony’s reviews sold me so I’m here to add to that sale. If you want to book a chef, as far as I’m concerned, Chef Tony is the only person to book. First and foremost, we were a party of all women, in a rented house. Immediately, Chef Tony was a welcome addition to our crew. Inviting a man into that environment can be intimidating… Chef Tony is professional, personable, entertaining, knowledgeable and DAMN GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. We all instantly felt comfortable with his presence, and when we came down for dinner - we were greeted by intoxicating smells coming from the kitchen, followed by a beautiful table scape. My only regret with Chef Tony is that I didn’t take photos because I couldn’t wait to try the courses, and that I can’t hire him to be my personal chef for every single meal, every single day. If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, personable chef to welcome into your event - I really mean it when I say it’s Chef Tony or nothing.

Chef Lawrence demonstrated critical ability to master the essential skills in the kitchen. Chef Lawrence’s interpersonal skills, flexibility and attention to detail, storytelling and showmanship, and conflict resolution skills are exceptional. As a private Chef, his hard skills are centered around his expertise in the kitchen. He was familiar with kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and various cuisines. Chef Lawrence accommodated dietary restrictions (ex., gluten-free meals). He prepared the meals for fine dining, in-home, and a private event. He planned menus, managed food service, and handled our private event planning. Chef Lawrence was be able to create unique dishes using seasonal ingredients. Chef Lawrence demonstrated creative and innovative recipes during his service. He was able to accommodate last-minute changes and was very skilled in meal planning. Chef Lawrence was an excellent communicator and understood the preferences and needs of his clients. I definitely would recommend his services.
