Benjamin has worked with me on my fitness journey for almost two years. The last eight months has been virtual. Though skeptical at first . I have been pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of my virtual training sessions with Benjamin to the point that I do not need to return to the gym to improve my fitness, mobility, strength and balance. As a senior it is very important to me to remain in a safe environment while training. I feel I am currently in excellent shape in a large part thanks to Benjamin’s guidance. In conclusion, I highly recommend Benjamin asa personal trainer, live or virtually.

Ben is an outstanding trainer who tailors your workout to your physical needs and your current fitness. If you are injured or sore, he immediately modifies your workout to help you recover. Only a trainer with a deep knowledge of physical fitness can display this flexibility.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $35 for the 60 minute sessions and $20 for the 30 minute sessions. I recommend for people just starting out, or just curious about the work I do to start with a 30 minute session to establish habits with out over doing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to see how people move, connect with what makes them interested in that movement and motivate based on that. If you like animals we will evoke them, if you're into science, I'll meet you there. You won't forget you're exercising but, I make each session about discovery and fun so you enjoy using your body.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked all kinds of service jobs before getting into the fitness industry. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have been working in the industry full time for 2 years with several years of experience as an enthusiast before that
