- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees, everything will be outlined prior to the shoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will reach out via email to get a better idea of the final product you as a client want. After that, we'll discuss pricing for the services you're requesting and set a date for the shoot. Then we'll shoot. If you're a new client, we will send you proofs (samples) of the shots before requesting payment. Once you've seen the sample shots, we will ask for payment. After we've received payment and it's cleared our account, we will send you the final images via Dropbox with the option to receive a hard copy via USPS. The typical exception to this is if you are booking a wedding. In that case, we will require a deposit and payment in full prior to the event along with a contract that outlines roles and responsibilities of us as a photographer and you as a client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography like all creative fields is always changing. On a daily basis time is spent growing skills and staying on top of trends to find the best way to deliver what it is clients want. Current ASMP member. Consistently submitting new work to magazines.
