Had Mr. Lasch come by for a shotty water heater. Replaced the heating element and didn't try to sell me on anything else.excellent customer service and very punctual.

I could not recommend a better plumber than Michael Lasch! I was actually shocked to reach a real person late at night, rather than a machine, and stunned when he said he'd be right over! He fixed the nightmare in the bathroom, was reasonable and left it looking better than usual! I' ll never use anyone else!
