FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father brought the embroidery machine home one day, once I seen it sew out a designs and make the beeping sounds it makes after each job is done, I could never really do anything else. And please believe me, I tried. Lol.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be flexible. I want you to become a client not just a customer. I will not let you just order anything if my experience leads me to know that there is a better way to accomplish your desired goals. I will always make my suggestion but ultimately I work for you so I will do it exactly as you say.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
About me? That I'm still a person with feelings and I do care about each job. I won't let it leave my shop if I wouldn't wear it myself due to quality control issues. About the profession? This really is a hard business and pleasing everybody every order is not always gonna be easy. Yet I still try.
