I sent out a request for a Property Manager and Joe called within minutes. I am new to the process and he took the time to walk me through the requirements of property management. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When potential clients inquire about how we can manage their property rentals, they are looking for information - so we give them just that, and right away. Immediate information on pricing and specifics on what property management service offers is important. So so we provide landlords with the information they need right away and make ourselves available for any questions by phone, email or text.
