I have heard from past and current clients that large cleaning businesses send different cleaners to their home every time. What I have noticed is that clients [past, current, potential] want interaction and want to build a relationship with the person who is cleaning their homes -- and I bring this to the table! I create relationships with my clients! I like meeting different people -- they are from different walks of life, diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. It is a lot of fun to learn about them and how they like their home cleaned/taken care of.
