- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our philosophy is based upon 3 principles: nutrition education, active coaching, and long-term success. We offer three different VIRTUAL nutrition programs for new clients to begin their journey with our team. Each program can also be extended, dependent on client needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our relationship initially begins with a consultation. We will review current eating habits, challenges you are facing, and your goals in working together. We set aside 1 hour for our initial meeting, which is complimentary. All sessions are conducted via Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts or telephone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff members of OnPoint Nutrition have academic backgrounds (BS, RD, LDN) in nutrition. Britney Kennedy: B.S.
