- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our compensation comes from our suppliers and we don't charge a service fee - unless there is no commission paid, such as an airline ticket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with a new client so that we can better get to know each other. I want to make sure I am meeting their needs and requirements. We can email or phone and lay out our groundwork so that I can best assist them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree - ran my own agency for 15 years.... I'm a Certified Cruise Consultant as well.
