FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straight forward with pricing. PLEASE NO LOW-BALLERS. I produce quality work, and I have a portfolio to back it up. I have been doing art for a long time and have spent much of my life developing a wide range of skills in this field so please take that into consideration. The only additional fees I would charge would be if I need to travel a long distance to work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ideally like to speak over the phone or meet in person, but an email conversation would be the next best thing! I like to discuss details, get a clear direction for the project, and make sure both parties are on the same page moving forward. I love this stage in the process because it is always the beginning of an outstanding final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Media Art & Animation. During my study, I was also a media arts tutor for students in need of help learning creative software and topics related to their degree. This lasted 2.5 years until graduation and I still conduct tutoring sessions around these topics today because it feels great to help and teach as well as learn my own limits of knowledge on the subject I'm teaching.
