Renee is the best. She's always on time and is open and easy to communicate and talk with about a lot of subjects which is really nice while spending hours cooking up all kinds of delicious meals. Sometimes she gives me ideas to work with by sending me menu ideas. I will shop for the ingredients and she will even bring her own ingredients to add to it all. Other times we will work with whatever I have on hand in the kitchen and I am amazed at what one can do with what at first glance would seem to be foods that otherwise are just everyday things in the fridge and cabinets. Renee's professionalism is obvious in her knowledge and abilities, and she has even become a friend whom I look forward to spending my time with. I highly recommend Renee as a personal instructor like she is with me, or in groups as she has done a lot of it.
