Hi everyone! I must say that I was very impressed with Ms. K. Artisme face painting designs. She was wonderful and believe me my twin girls were besides themselves. They loved the makeup and I enjoyed watching them and the other kids at their birthday party. I planned on using her during my Halloween batch. You will not be disappointed!

Shonta was absolutely fabulous as our florist! Our flowers were stunning and we received comments from all of our guests about the beauty they added to our ceremony and reception. We had initially begun with another florist and I decided to get quotes from others in the area for the same ideas. Shonta came in well below the other florist and absolutely did not disappoint! My cake decorator even wants her information due to her stunning eye for design! One minor hiccup was my throw away bouquet seemed to have been forgotten, but Shonta had provided for nice surprises like sprucing up our sweetheart table with flowers which I hadn't even asked for which was AMAZING! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Shonta, her ability to enhance an already stunning location into the most beautiful wedding venue I have ever seen went above and beyond my dreams for the perfect wedding. At our final meeting, she expressed concerns about flowers not being up to par due to it being the end of the season for their blooms and she provided for some amazing replacements which enhanced our 2.5 foot tall draping centerpiece arrangements even more! She even provided lighting for our gazebo which allowed for THE most beautiful wedding photos of the evening! She even came back at the end of the evening and helped to clean up! Our venue had told us she had been there for hours when I arrived at around 2pm and stayed until past 4 just to place down our rose petals at the ceremony so they wouldn't blow away with the wind in the early afternoon! I would HIGHLY recommend Shonta as a wedding florist to anyone in need! Absolutely incredible work.

Stephanie did an amazing job planning my wedding. She took what few ideas I had and really made it come to life. She was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything. There was never a moment where I felt lost. Stephanie also assisted me with setting up taste testing for food and cake. Before setting up the actual venue she did show me what the table set up would look like and where everything would be placed at the venue. All in all Stephanie is very organized and dedicated to making sure the wedding was a success from start to finish. I would definitely use her again for future events.

Dear Kate, It’s quite difficult to put into words just how grateful we are to you and just how valuable you were during the entire wedding & planning process. I will do my best! From the moment we connected I had zero doubt that you would be the most important addition to our vendor squad but even then it seemed like somewhat of a luxury vs. necessity. I was wrong. After we chose our venue, I remember you asking me if we still neeed you. The venue seemed to provide everything one would need as far as timeline and coordinating for our big day. I wasn’t about to let you go that easy! I knew I would still need someone there as Rob and I’s advocate for the day. Wasn’t that the truth?! During the process, you were always available. Whether to answer questions or even just to expose me to the wonderful and addicting world of wedding podcasts 😂 game changing, btw. You tolerated my “spreadsheets within spreadsheets”, maybe slightly unnecessary micromanaging haha (?) In the short weeks prior it was CRYSTAL CLEAR that you were irreplaceable. When I saw you had reached out to all our vendors to establish yourself as their point person, that alone was such a big deal to me. The day I got that email, I was running a fever and feeling like it was the worst time to fall ill. With so much to do and so many people to be following up with, I was feeling so flustered. What a relief it was to know you had it handled. This brings me to the day of our rehearsal. The wedding venue, essentially a wedding factory, that we thought had a handle on EVERYTHING, didn’t even have their coordinator there to be present for the rehearsal?!!! The owner had no idea who anyone was and anything that was discussed as far as our vision for the evening. Thank God for you. You took charge as planned and did not let the owner boss you around. You stood up for us and made sure our wedding was exactly as we’d planned. YOU made sure we had a rain plan, thankfully not needed but it definitely came close!! The day of... oh boy. YOU made sure our families were taken care of. YOU fed the band when the venue would not! As rude as the venue was to you and our vendors, YOU handled everything with style and grace. YOU kept me calm with your cool, collected, fabulous self. Everyone in the bridal party, family, and our vendors were so impressed with you. By the end of the night (I apologize for this!) I literally did not want to let you go. No one played a more crucial role in our perfect beautiful incredible happy day than YOU. There is so much more that I’m sure you took care of that we will never even know about. We are eternally grateful. I hope to have to honor of recommending you to any future bride. Chaad and his team are truly amazing. Recently, I had a hip hop 80’s party, and each time I begin to feel stressed, Chaad and his team jumped in to make sure everything went smoothly as planned. Amongst all of the catering companies I’ve contacted, Ster Catering was the only one who provided samples of the foods I wanted served at my party. This is a huge plus and I wish other catering companies offered this option. On the day of my event, Chaad and his team arrived early. They assisted with decorating (which they did not have to do). They also provided great food and drinks which everyone loved. I highly recommend Ster Catering and I would definitely hire Chaad and his team for another event.

Professional work at a reasonable price. I've used EVA Home Services twice now and both times I've had good results. 1 of the elements in my water heater went out and needed to be replaced about 6 months ago. They told me that the other element will probably go soon due to the age of my water heater. Low and behold, the other one went out last week. Instead of going with another repair, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a larger water heater. Tony and Mark came out on a Sunday to get my water heater installed. Price was very fair. Will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Chelsea was my wedding planner and was absolutely incredible! My husband and I had been dumped for our initial wedding venue two short months before our wedding. We also had just switched new jobs so a lot was going on with not much time to plan. We knew our wedding date would remain the same though and thankfully that was when Chelsea was sent to us! Chelsea went above and beyond making dreams come true for us that we did not even think were possible!! Anytime things even attempted to become overwhelming, she handle everything every time! Going above and beyond is actually an understatement with the capabilities of Chelsea’s beautiful mind! June 10, 2018 was our wedding day and the best day of my life, and I owe so much to Chelsea!! Her ideas are genius and endless, and she truly is unstoppable making any party that much more glorious!

I hired Deserve Your Time to help out with my wedding planning. The consultant I worked with was extremely accommodating and supportive throughout the whole process. I tend to stress easily so I was immediately put at ease once I realized that Deserve Your Time had everything under control. The consultant assisted with almost every step of the planning process, from putting together guests addresses for the invitations to decorations the day of the wedding. I had the pleasure of having Kie-Shan promotions assist with my sisters wedding plans/coordination. At the last minute, we realized that the family alone was not enough to handle everything, and that a professional was the only answer. Lie Shan promotions stepped in and did not miss a beat. There was some misunderstandings about seating, that caused overcrowding, and Rysheena was able to keep a very professional demeanor and make sure that everyone's needs were catered to in a timely manner. I would recommend this company and their services to anyone who is looking for a professional, reasonable, and understanding person/company to handle any of their needs.

From start to finish, it was the perfect experience. We just loved having our wedding planned by Larissa. Every time we went for pre-wedding meetings, we were treated so kindly and she went out of her way each time to make us feel happy and at-ease. The wedding reception itself was just perfect (she sourced the venue for us). It was our dream come true. The reception was decorated perfectly and just how we wanted. The setting was beautiful, with amazing places in and around the venue for pictures. We received so many compliments about the food and drinks, as well as the setting, and organization by Larissa. We are thankful to her for all she did for us.

The national average cost for wedding planning is between $990 and $1,300. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

  • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
  • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
  • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more. Here the professional handles all wedding and planning details including working on design, securing rentals, getting the venue and vendors, and handling complete execution of the event.
