- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All planning services include a day of coordinator assistant and we also apply a travel fee. We are offering a 10% discount for all new clients who book through Thumbtack until November 1st, 2022.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When connecting with a potential new client, I start by sharing my brochure and client questionnaire by Honeybook. This is where I store all of our information such as pricing and our full scale description of our services. Next, I schedule a free consultation where we can learn more about each other. If a couple is interested in moving forward, I send over a proposal with a detailed contract. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, we schedule our first official meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned my Bachelors of Psychology from Temple University. I have earned my Master of Social Work degree from Edinboro University and I also earned my certification in Wedding Planning & Coordination. All of the transferable skills that I have gained from my psychology/ social work background has been a tremendous help with engaging with clients but also their families and vendors. You need to have social, communication, and active listening skills to assist your couples.
