Peggy Paul: Editor, Writer, Publishing Consultant

Introduction: After seven and a half years in the NYC publishing scene—the last three of which were spent at Clarkson Potter, Random House's cookbook and illustrated lifestyle imprint—I decided to leave my corporate gig in 2011 to pursue a freelance career. Now, I live in Philadelphia and spend my days working directly with authors, publishers, and various organizations as a development editor, copyeditor, proofreader, ghost writer, project manager, and consultant. I have worked with a wide range of clients, from Food Network stars, nutritionists, and culinary legends, to textile designers, crafters, and master gardeners. Each project I take on is a chance to learn something new and to help an author, publisher, or organization put their best work forward.
