- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
in order to secure your dates and delivery & set up we require a 50% deposit once a menu and guest count are finalized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for corporate or drop off events the process is quick and easy; we do the work so you don't have to. first- pick your menu options second- tell us when and where we will drop off next- give a final head count & pay a 50% deposit last- enjoy your wonderful event & send final payment. for our wedding clients or two couples are the same, & no two weddings should be either. we're here to help tell your story. we typically have a consultation meeting & provide you with a custom quote within 2-3 weeks. tastings are $50/person before booking with us. after booking with us we host a tasting party for you, your fiancée, and up to 4 additional guests one month before your special day. our favorite part of weddings is helping you relax & enjoy your marriage.
