Raymond responded to my request within mins. Not only that, but he was at my house within after only 60-90 mins given our house was getting colder with the heat not working. He had all the tools needed with him, was knowledgeable in all he was doing, and quickly identified the problem. I really appreciate Raymond’s knowledge, along with how he handled the entire situation. Would highly recommend ArmorArch, and Raymond specifically.

Raymond responded to my heating issue quickly and fit me in for same day service. He was able to diagnose & repair the issue to restore our heat - much needed in Pittsburgh in January. Excellent work! I had an issue with my furnace and he showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem got the part and repaired my furnace all in the same day. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely use him again for future projects and issues.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working and Ray called almost immediately after I submitted it through thumbtack! He came over to take a look & he was willing to get it up & running but we decided to get a new unit. Ours was old & had issues. He installed it today. Ray is an excellent, quality worker! He is detailed & it’s obvious that he wants to get it just right! He is professional & kind. He explained the importance of maintenance which we appreciated. So, Ray is our go to person from now on!
