As an MS patient and a restaurant owner, stress takes its toll on my body. The pain seems to mainly dwell on my upper back and neck. If it wasn't for Aaron I would still be in extreme pain and discomfort. Aaron knew exactly what to do to relieve the tension. He is very professional and a great guy. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good message or therapy for aches and pains.
Abby's location and space is very relaxing. She plays music and the massage table is heated. I have beem getting massage therapy for years so I am very picky. I was new to Pittsburgh and found Abby online. She is versed in cranial sacral massage and reflexology. I would recommend Abby to anyone. She has great energy and listens to her clients needs.
Craig Russell did a good job with the massage. He is very professional. Very polite as well. He did a good job working on my knots, aches, and sore spots. I appreciate his therapy style.
Carol was awesome. I approached her with a non-standard request to make an employee event a special night. She not only accommodated my needs, but even brought in another Therapist to help with short notice when we realized we needed additional help. Thanks much to Carol for making our event a great success.
Claire is very adept at the normal kinds of massage therapy along with alternative treatment options. She is warm and friendly and puts you at ease.
My massage with Eva was very good. She spent plenty of time discussing my issues before hand and we decided on a mixture of several massage techniques and stretching would address my problems. I would certainly recommend anyone interested in trying massage therapy to give Eva a chance to help them feel better.
Tracey is very knowledgeable and passionate in the work she does, myofascial trigger point therapy (MTPT). MTPT is excellent for pain relief related to trigger points. However, I was seeking myofascial release for muscles tightness and nerve impingement and not suffering with any pain. Therefore I was not a good candidate for MTPT. I believe if you are suffering muscle pain and/or have pain you can't seem to quite put a finger on, you should give Tracey the opportunity. Trigger Point Therapy does work wonders for referred muscle pain.
Dr. Jill treating the nerves in my feet, greatly helped my recovery from a damaged nerve in my arm and hand. I would recommend her reflexology treatments to anyone wanting to restore balance and health to the body! Barb K.
Excellent massage and very nice and kind person.
Tammy is an excellent yoga instructor who made me feel very comfortable even though I had no previous yoga experience and was somewhat out of shape. She is very knowledgeable of the yoga poses and teaches in a way that builds confidence and promotes total peacefulness and relaxation. She is very patient and soft spoken, which further enhanced my yoga experience.

I thought I was coming to Sylvia; however, she came to me. What a treat! We easily decided on a time and she promptly arrived; heard my needs and got down to business. It was awesome and I will definitely use her again!

I have more than 10 years of working experience as a massage therapist. My specialties are Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue and sports massage.
Massage therapy has been an important part of my life for many years. Providing restoration, regeneration and relaxation to others is an integral component of today's wellness integration model. I have worked extensively within the health/fitness and wellness industry. My foundational education was in kinesiology from the University of Pittsburgh. A massage therapy school was simply a natural extension of that earlier work. I realized that the human body can only excel to a certain degree on exercise alone. For one to truly achieve a high state of functionality, restorative methods and massage therapy are a necessity.
