- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work hard for my clients. Each situation is different but I try my best to be fair and honest. I give a free consultation I have affordable fees and there are payment plans available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone Consultation: I do a free with the prospective client. During our conversation I determine what the client's issue is and also give them a lost of information that I need to better understand their situation. . 2. Meet client: We sit down and review their information and go over anything that might have questions on. Additionally, we review documents to prepare the petition and sign documents with the client. 3. Case Filing: I file the case and notify you and any of your creditors who need immediate notice. Complete all documentation for your hearing. 4. Hearing: Accompany client to the hearing. And complete any follow up hearings or documents the court may need. I also talk to you along the way and make sure your well-informed, know what to expect and try to make the process as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctorate degree. I'm also licensed to practice in the United States Western District of Pennsylvania.
