- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostics are $60 and include any software updates we can do in the first hour as well as travel time! New customers may receive our "Customer discount on eligible service or products!"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically listen to what the customer knows about the problem then run a diagnostic to start so that i can pinpoint exactly what the issue is. After pinpointing the issue I always make sure I inform the customer of my findings and of any price changes. I then fix the problem and inform the customer of a job well done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained and did an apprenticeship at IN2 Solutions to be sure that I could do good quality work!
