- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate and do not charge just to show up for a call. If I can fix it there is a charge for the hourly rate and parts if I can’t fix it there is no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers face-to-face so that I can better understand exactly what the clients needs are and assess the work that is to be done. At this point we try to decide a time frame and budget that is acceptable for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in HVAC and also a degree in environmental engineering.
