We just started working with Direct Axis but they have been great so far. They get back to us right away and took care of our needs

I haven't used him yet. He was the first to respond, seemed to understand what I wanted, and lives near me. His quote seemed reasonable and I liked other web sites he has done.

We've only had one phone introduction but we feel that Dan will be a good fit for our needs as he has the technical design experience we are looking for.

Where do I start! We were given a referral to Dan and his team from Direct Axis after a review of our website showed poor visibility. Dan & his team have catapulted our business beyond our wildest imagination! Working with all of them has been such a pleasure and they are so helpful and up to date on the latest technology. We would highly recommend them.

Dan and DirectAxis made our company, Application Verification, a very professional website. The DirectAxis design and development team is very talented in understanding a companies needs and delivering a great product at very affordable cost.

Dan and Direct Axis are an outstanding vendor; I have used him and his team for at least a dozen clients of mine and there really have been no issues over many years. They have built quality websites, especially with Wordpress. I recommend him without hesitation

Working with Dan was an excellent experience and he made the process extremely easy to understand. Dan is incredible with what him and his team can do and they get everything you want done in a timely and cost effective manner. Dan and his team went above and beyond what i even expected. Their work is beautiful and i look forward to being able to work with him and the team again one day! I personally thank you, Dan, and your team for the amazing work!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
To provide an accurate quote, the process is somewhat simple. Usually we talk to prospective clients like you on the phone, interview you for what you like, the amount of your content, when you need printed material, how many you need, etc. We brainstorm with you to come up with the best fit for your organization. After a conversation, we'll send you a quote or two based on the styles we discuss. Our quotes show all of the areas of expense in a "menu" style. Design, writing, programming, hosting, SEO, printing (when applicable), lettershop services, postage, etc are shown individually. For printing services we'll show the cost at various quantities such as 5,000, 10,000 or 25,000 pieces.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
This may be a bit unconventional, but here's how we would like to be approached by a prospective client... How we prefer to be asked about what we do: Written RFPs can only provide a basis of information. While they offer answers to the common questions of price range and service offerings, RFPs don't give you a solid impression of the day-to-day working relationship you most certainly will be involved in once you hire a firm. In addition to the written responses to an RFP, I would welcome a phone call interview. I believe that a live discussion is far more telling about how the relationship will work. I would also propose that you select a small current project, provide your favorite competitive firms with the same details, and give us all a budget to create a concept or two. A live project will give you the best opportunity to evaluate our talent and service.
