We did not use Spherical Land Solutions. Eric was very thorough during his initial intake and we were excited to see his ideas for our landscaping needs. Unfortunately Eric was not dependable enough to show up on time to two different scheduled appointments to sign contract and review plans. Ms. DeTemple, we apologize for letting you down. We are currently completing a waterfall project in North Versailles. We focus on our projects and every day is dynamic. Our appointment was for 6:30-7 pm and arriving at 6:48, while late is not 45 mins. We apologize not contacting you on our way, for that we have no excuse. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our proposals are easily customized for each client. We typically come up with a master plan, prioritizing the order of operation by focusing on solving inherent site issues first such as drainage problems. From there, with the client we can determine what is in budget, if we need to split phase, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We determine the clients needs by communicating with them. After we have gotten a grasp on the project, we evaluate it. Then, we make any necessary adjustments and check if we need permits. We then send a proposal to the client and continue the process until we are sure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have all necessary licensure and certifications for any of the work we commit to.
